About Us

I started Sinewave Communication back in 2018 as R&D for software and hardware solutions for the communication field.  Over the years I have also been working on a part time bases for customers, while developing what I wanted my company and brand to be.  As of March 31, 2021 begins my new journey from part time to full time under my own brand as Sinewave Communications.  I have already worked out deals to offer radios and products that customers have grown a custom to with the addition of Tait, ICOM, and Harris products.  Also I will still offer programming, installation, repair services for brands that I was before.

This move has been in the works for a long time.  Over the years my former employer and I have disagreed many times with the way things should be done and the way customers should be treated. 

I hold strong to the ideas that every customer should be treated fairly, they should never be talked down to or take advantage of.  I believe that installations, service, customer orders, invoicing and communications should be done in a professional manner and respect.  I have seen in my time, too many corners cut and customers that have been taken advantage of all in the name of profit.  In the ever changing communication industry, one must always be willing to reeducate, grown and learn from past mistakes.  One thing that the Ice Storm from February 2021 has taught me, is the old attitude of "that will do" or "that is good enough", will never due for me or Sinewave Communications.  I am always looking at past installations and service to see what I can improve on and do better next time.

A huge thank you has to be said to all of the customers over the years, with out you I know that I would not have made it this far.  I look forward to providing service to the Tri-State Area under my new brand Sinewave Communications and growing to better support our area and local public safety agencies.
